Terms & Conditions

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@mehashi.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. If you use Mehashi on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written permission; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; upload malicious code; use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications; or use the Service to store or share content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.

We may suspend or restrict access to protect the Service or other users, and will restore access once the issue is resolved where reasonably possible.

You retain ownership of the projects, tasks, comments, messages, files, and other content you and your team submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely as needed to provide and support the Service.

You are responsible for Your Content and must have the rights needed to submit it. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law. How we handle personal data, retention, and deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

Mehashi offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Features and limits of each plan are described in the product at the point of purchase. We may change plan features or pricing; changes to paid plans take effect at your next renewal, and we will give you reasonable advance notice.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial billing periods.

If a payment fails, we may retry it and notify you. If payment remains outstanding, we may downgrade the workspace to the free tier after reasonable notice. Your Content is not deleted because of a downgrade.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Mehashi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these terms and your plan.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the Service without obligation to you.

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google sign-in and Google Calendar, Stripe for billing, and others listed in the Privacy Policy. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service's own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time from the profile security area. Deletion, the 30-day recovery window, and permanent removal are described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Where practical, we will give you notice and a reasonable opportunity to export Your Content before termination takes effect, except where the breach requires immediate action.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will never be lost — keep your own copies of critical data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mehashi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose and £50.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you use the Service as a consumer, you keep all rights granted by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

We are continuously improving the Service and may add, change, or remove features. We may also update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable advance notice — for example by email or an in-product notice — before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and, if applicable, cancel your subscription before the change applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them — except that if you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory laws, and bring proceedings in the courts, of the country where you live.
