Who builds Mehashi
Mehashi is a lightweight project-management workspace for small teams — boards, lists, timelines, calendars, notes, links and files in one place, free for up to 5 people and then £1 / $1 / €1 per seat per month. It is built and operated by Mehashi Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
Why we built it
Most project tools are priced and designed for companies that already have a project manager. A team of four ends up paying enterprise per-seat rates for a workflow engine it will never configure, or giving up and running the whole thing out of a chat channel.
Mehashi is the other end of that trade. One workspace, the views a small team actually opens — board, list, timeline, calendar, dashboard — plus notes, links and files attached to the project they belong to. No workflow builder, no automation marketplace, no onboarding call.
How we make money
One plan, priced per seat. The first five people in an organisation are free forever; past that it is £1 / $1 / €1 per seat per month — the same number in every currency, so a team of twelve pays for seven seats, with volume discounts above 100 seats. Billing runs through Stripe, and we do not create a payment record at all for organisations inside the free allowance.
There is no trial that expires and no feature held back behind a higher tier. Mehashi carries no advertising pixels, heatmaps or third-party product analytics scripts — the privacy policy lists exactly what we hold and why. The pricing page has the full detail.
What we ship, and how openly
Mehashi is a web application backed by a REST API, with a Slack message shortcut that turns any message into a ticket in one click. The web interface is available in English, Spanish and French.
We publish every user-visible change on the changelog, and the same API our own product uses is documented for customers — including a copyable guide at /llms-full.txt so an AI agent can drive a Mehashi workspace on your behalf.
The team
Mehashi is built by a small team — the same people who read and answer hello@mehashi.com and the in-app feedback tickets. We use Mehashi to build Mehashi: this page started life as a ticket on a Mehashi board.
