Changelog
What’s new in Mehashi
Mehashi is a lightweight project-management workspace for small teams — boards, lists, timelines, calendars, notes and files in one place, free for up to 5 people and then £1 / $1 / €1 per seat per month. This page lists every user-visible change we ship, newest first.

A public pricing page
Pricing now lives at its own page at /pricing, so you can read the plan, the free-seat allowance and the per-seat price without creating an account first.
- NewPermalink
New workspaces start with an example project
Brand-new workspaces are seeded with a small example project so the board, list and timeline views have something in them on the first visit. Delete it whenever you like.
- ImprovedPermalink
Signing up no longer makes you log in twice
Confirming your email address now signs you straight in. The old hop back to the sign-in form after verification is gone.
- ImprovedPermalink
Clearer password recovery
Password reset uses one consistent vocabulary end to end, confirms in place instead of bouncing you between screens, and rate-limits the resend button so you know when a new email is on its way.
- FixedPermalink
Member email addresses are no longer exposed by lookup
The member lookup endpoint stopped returning email addresses to people who should not see them. No action is needed on your side.
- NewPermalink
Rich-text project notes
Project notes accept formatted text instead of plain text, and the project tab bar was simplified so the views you actually use are easier to reach.
- NewPermalink
You get told when a task is assigned to you
Assigning someone to a task now notifies them in the app instead of relying on them noticing it on the board.
- NewPermalink
Project activity timeline
Each project keeps an activity timeline of what changed and who changed it, so you can reconstruct how a board got to its current state.
- NewPermalink
Add, rename and reorder board columns
Board columns are yours to shape: add a column from the toolbar, rename it, and move tasks between columns. Boards are no longer locked to the four default statuses.
- NewPermalink
API & webhooks settings, plus a guide for AI agents
A settings page documents the customer API and offers a copyable guide (llms.txt) you can paste into an AI agent so it can drive your Mehashi workspace.
- NewPermalink
A mobile Today feed
On a phone, /today shows the tasks assigned to you across every project, with a done toggle, a task sheet and quick-add. Phones are routed there automatically.
- NewPermalink
Notification centre and per-workspace preferences
Notifications persist in a workspace bell instead of disappearing with the page, and you can choose which ones you want — including a daily email digest frequency.
- NewPermalink
See who else is in a project
Project members show an online presence indicator so you can tell at a glance who is looking at the same board as you.
